Roasted
Butternut Squash. This was all the way
back at Thanksgiving, but it was just beautiful, scattered with toasted pecans
and dried cranberries, and just the tiniest snowing of sea salt.
I
love the way the light divides and casts such a glow---we need all the glow we
can get, and sharing it around is fun, too.
The butternut squash looks delish but I like even better the special glow your delightful posts always evoke.

My dear Rachel,
ReplyDeleteIt looks and sounds utterly delicious. What a pretty dish too! I love butternut squash. I often make a creamy soup with butternut squash. It's a proper winter soup. I'm back home at last and there are a lot of things one will need to organise for Christmas. But I am getting there. With best wishes, ASD
