Been
a little busy lately---this Spring weather has had us on the hustle. Sweetpea’s been here for a few days, and I’ve
been ferrying her back and forth to school, which is all the way over in
another county.
Quite
a few balls up in the air, and though I’m past the “airborne” stage myself, she
seems to float along through life, smiling and happy.
Hope
your Spring is GREEN and wonderful!
Rachel, she is the cutest. Busy around here too and thankfully some rain today. Have to plant vegetable garden this weekend.
ReplyDeleteHello Rachel,
ReplyDeleteYoung children operate on a totally different clock to adults, we think. Things that take them no time at all seem to take forever for those of us a little older. And yet, other things that they seem to take forever to accomplish such as the washing up and school work can be accomplished so quickly by those of us who have had more practice.
But, how wonderful it is to have one's world turned on its axis for a while with the visit of a much loved grandchild. We know that you, dearest Rachel, will make the most of it for, she will be a grown up in no time at all.
I love seeing pictures of your precious little Sweetpea. I can't believe how big she's getting ... and I love those curly ponytails!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about "just running around." We've been doing a lot of that lately, but don't seem to accomplish much.
I plan to take some time today and go "smell the magnolias" and take some pictures. Wish I could send you one!
