JOHN COFFEY

R. I. P. Michael Clarke Duncan

If you'd never been anybody but John Coffey, that  would have been enough.

  1. Hello Rachel:
From what we have read this would appear to be a performance of a lifetime. This is very sad news.

  2. Good morning Rachel, I too admired John Coffey. He was an awesome actor with wonderful presence. How sad that he died so young.

I hope you had a good and happy Labor Day. Our garden club had a potluck picnic and even though it was rainy we were under a shelter and had a grand time. Such good food. Lots of garden talk of course. Smile.

Today we are in a bridge tournament. I hope we play well. It is duplicate bridge and we really enjoy the challenge. For many years we only played party bridge. Duplicate is a bit different and it requires more concentration. We seniors need to challenge our brains. HA!

I hope all is well in your household. Fall is approaching fast here in the mountains. My favorite season. What about you?

    Wishing you happy days.
    Love, Jeanne
